The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) is the 2nd largest real estate board in Ontario and the 7th largest in Canada, representing over 2400 members in Hamilton, Burlington and surrounding areas. The territory served, however, is not exclusive – there is some overlap in marketing areas with the Toronto Real Estate Board and Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board. As each board requires separate membership and operates its own respective Multiple Listing Service®, there are instances of duplication (arising from interboarding) and limited exposure (e.g., without interboarding, one board’s out-of-area listings are not visible in another board’s MLS®).
