The Chatham-Kent Real Estate Board was incorporated in October 1972 as a non profit trade association working on behalf of licensed real estate Brokers and Salespeople authorized to use the trademarks REALTOR® and MLS®. Originally established to provide an orderly process for the exchange of listing information, it has evolved and expanded to increase public confidence and respect for those engaged in the marketing of real estate in all its aspects.
