Interboard listing.  $75.00 – An interboard posting is where we send your listing to your local real estate board so that your local real estate agents have easy access to your property information for their interested buyers.

Important Notes About An Interboard Listing:

– This option requires additional time and paperwork to process, separate from your MLS listing.

– The fees for the interboard cover the initial costs of sending your listing to your local real estate board. Additional fees may apply to make amendments to the listing, depending on your board.
– This option is only beneficial if you have chosen to offer a buying agent commission for bringing in a successful buyer.

Again, if a private buyer contacts you and you sell the property directly then you have only paid the price listed above. If you are contacted by a buyer’s REALTOR® and a sale is effected then you will pay the REALTOR® a pre-determined commission (of your choice).
