Get to Know Your Listing Process


BASIC

After you purchase your Basic Package, you will receive an email within 24 hours from one of our representatives. The email will include do-it-yourself paperwork, with instructions to guide you along the way.

The instructions will indicate that you when you submit your signed paperwork back to us, either by email or fax, to include your photos and description. Your description must be less than 1,000 characters, including spaces.

If anything is missing, we will reach out to you and let you know. Once we have received everything signed and completed fully, it may take 1-3 business days to upload to REALTOR.ca depending on listing volume. Any Premium or Ultimate customers will be given priority and listed before Basic customers.

Once your listing is loaded, it will complete your listing process and your listing will expire in 2 months. We will forward any leads that come into our office to you. You will be required to tell us when the property sells, and deal with the closing on your own or with the assistance of your lawyer, which may be an additional fee from them.


ULTIMATE

After you purchase your Ultimate Package, please fill out Step 1 of the Listing Process here to give us the information we will need to get started on your Paperwork Assistance. If you have not completed Step 1 of the Listing Process, then we will reach out to you via email within 24 and provide you with the link and instructions.

Once we have received a completed Step 1, we will send you partially completed paperwork within 1 business day. You will be required to fill in any missing information, property details, and signatures of all owners.

You will then send back completed paperwork via fax or email, along with your photos. It may take 1-3 business days to upload to REALTOR.ca depending on listing volume. Ultimate customers are given listing priority above any other customer.

We will assist you with an offer of your choice, and manage the closing of your sale. You will be provided closing paperwork. If you do not already have a lawyer or house inspector we can connect you with one in your area
