Established in 1957, the North Bay Real Estate Board represents approximately 155 real estate sales agents and 15 member offices. North Bay centers an area bound by Mattawa on the east, Verner on the west, Powassan on the south and Temagami on the north.

Just three hours north of Toronto, we are situated at the junctions of Highway 11 and Trans Canada Highway 17. Three railroads; the ONR, CPR, and CNR service the city, as does the largest airport infrastructure in Northern Ontario.

With picturesque Trout Lake on the east and Lake Nipissing on the west, we are a true four seasons community. Not to boast, but we offer boating, downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking and snowmobiling all within the city limits.

Our Downtown is anchored by the Capitol Center; an 1100 seat theatre and art gallery. Neighbouring the downtown is our beautiful Lake Nipissing boardwalk and 350-slip marina complex. The boardwalk area becomes the heart of the city in the summer hosting events like the annual Heritage Festival.

A new $100 million dollar Hospital complex is under development. Academically, the city is home to the joint campus of Canadore College and Nipissing University.
